We’re looking to add a Technician, Test in Tebrau, Johor.

As a Technician, Test You will:

• Responsible for all testing including tester setup, test execution, troubleshooting and maintain record for all testing activities
• Review and clarify test requirement
• Execute testing based on the test cases
• Perform the exploratory test and clarify test procedure when needed
• Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes for the issues and report the defects
• Record and document results
• Assist in the design and develop test cases based on the test requirements and specifications
• Lead and guide the junior team member in the execution of testing for Senior ranking of Technician
• Perform with Test Coverage Architects to substantiate tests plus test results covering suitable devices as well as design requirements
• Prepare, record and maintain all tests
• Evaluate test execution results
• To conduct correct test methods to assure consistency and validate design
• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• SPM with years of experience or Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in electronics environment for senior rank
• Preferably with experience in Software/Hardware Testing
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, positive & energetic with initiative, ability to work independently, Analytical & Troubleshooting skill
• Organized, meticulous and a team player who is self-motivated and dynamic
• Knowledge in schematic and assembly drawing for mechanical, electronic circuit is an added advantage
• Knowledge in scripting capabilities and programming skills (C/C++, Javascript, QML, Phyton and any other scripting capabilities) is an added advantage
• Familiar with basic engineering measurement tools and equipment, such as Digital Multimeter, force measurement etc is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
