Job Description

Engage customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote SME Credit products available on our platform (e.g. SLoan for Seller, Quick Funds)
Deliver engaging, needs-based conversations that match customer profiles with suitable products, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Follow up on assigned leads and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
Keep up to date with product information, promotions, and basic compliance guidelines

Previous experience in SME loans, telesales, or credit sales roles is an advantage
Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Open to attending basic product or compliance training if required
