Test Process Senior Technician

Your tasks

• Assist R&D Process engineer run R&D engineering build.
• Able to setup and conversion machine. (Test/ sawing/ Laser Mark process).
• Work with Process engineer on process development activities including involves executing development runs, collecting and analyzing process data, troubleshooting process issues support.
• Provides cross-support across multiple process areas, and ensures timely delivery of engineering samples to meet project and business objectives.
• Support shift schedule changes and provide coverage based on business and production needs.

Who we are looking for

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• More than two years of working experience engineering/ semiconductor line
• Support/assist R&D activities such as samples build/ Engineering EVA
• Able to setup and do conversion to run R&D samples build
• With Basic technical knowledge in electronic/ semiconductors
