Thermal Management - Product Offering Engineer (SEA+NA)

Summary

Position Summary:

A Thermal Management Product Offering Engineer brides the gap between R&D, Sales and Pre-Sales on products. He/She will be responsible for supporting the product development activity (NPDI) and manage the Thermal Management Portfolios of Perimeter and Edge products (DM, PEX3, PEX4, PCW, PEX3 CW & CRV).

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product lines within a Thermal Management portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional technology and business roadmaps.
• Manage Product Configurator for Standard Products and Engineer to Order (ETO) process for Non-Standard Products.
• Provide technical assistance and on-site customer needs when necessary.
• Cross functional coordination on product launches and events.
• Cost reduction and optimization initiative.
• Price and margin analysis, track industry trend and identify market opportunities.

Product demand analysis and new product development initiative.

Others

• Analyze the quote activity to forecast product.
• Ensure product configuration/C1 and rating system is up to date.
