Trading System Architect

We are building next-generation institutional trading capabilities and are looking for a Trading System Architect to design and scale our global trading infrastructure.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the architecture of a 24-hour multi-asset trading platform. This role oversees system architecture, trading operations, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the end-to-end trading technology architecture including OMS / EMS / pricing / execution / risk engines
• Partner with Trading, Quant and Engineering teams to improve execution quality, pricing stability and scalability
• Drive platform transformation initiatives including multi-venue connectivity, market data optimisation and automation
• Translate trading desk workflow into scalable system solutions
• Optimise execution processes for market making / liquidity provision environments
• Design and enhance real-time risk monitoring frameworks across positions, exposure and liquidity
• Work closely with Risk leadership to embed system-level controls and safeguard

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in electronic trading systems / market making / brokerage trading infrastructure
• Hands-on exposure to multi-asset trading environments (FX / derivatives / crypto / equities / commodities)
• Solid understanding of real-time risk management and trading controls
• Strong stakeholder management with traders, quants, engineers and risk leaders
• Experience in system transformation / platform build-out / scaling trading infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Exposure to crypto trading infrastructure or digital asset market making
• Fluent in English and Chinese to be able to communicate with chinese speaking stakeholders
