Duties & Responsibilities

1. Operated and monitored kiln firing processes for formers

2. Controlled kiln temperature, firing cycles, and operating parameters to achieve optimal firing results
3. Performed manual washing and cleaning of formers to remove residues, contaminants, and surface defects before firing processes
4. Loaded and unloaded formers on cart
5. Performed manual sandblasting on formers to remove surface impurities, residues, and defects.
6. Performed touch-up work on formers after firing to repair minor defect
7. Do quality inspection of formers after firing to ensure no minor defect before send back to factory.
8. Pack the good formers with former plastic after firing.
