Trainee, Hr [branding & Events]

Role

• Assist in organizing company events, career fairs, and employee engagement activities

Support employer branding campaigns on social media and recruitment platforms

Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and promotional materials

Create creative content for HR branding initiatives

Assist with photography, videography, and event coverage when needed

Liaise with vendors, universities, and internal departments

Support recruitment and onboarding activities

Prepare reports, presentations, and post-event summaries

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree holder with any related field of study or equivalent from reputable universities.

Other skills

2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of peoples.
