Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible

to ensuring accurate invoice posting, timely payment processing, including coordinating with all the supplier.

2. Monitor

payments to ensure timely release to suppliers, avoiding late payment charges and ensuring shipment operation.

3. Responsible to ensure

immediate respond to the user for any inquiry including to secure the best price and deals to avoid any delay.
