Trainee, M&E

Duties & Responsibilities

1. To undergo technical training under real life work environment in M&E Department.
2. To develop diagnostic skills to identify problems and other possible solutions.
3. Analyze machinery function and come out with improvement plan for machinery and plans actions to be taken.
4. Expose to SCADA & implement digitalization projects.
5. Initiate and implement cost saving/efficiency improvement programs for all areas of M&E Department.
6. To conduct improvement projects with the objectives of save cost, improve quality and improve efficiency.
7. Required to complete one project under their own department.
8. Required to at least participate or organize one Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
9. Required to do final presentation on their departmental project & CSR programme on the last week of internship.
10. Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
11. The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction

Job Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).

3)Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people
