Trainee, Manufacturing (Firing Rework)

Role

1) Understanding gloves manufacturing process flow & operation.

2. Monitor existing equipment utilization, performances & provide suggestions for improvement.

3) Propose improvement plans & ideas to reduce cost, improves quality & etc.

4) Involve in given engineering projects.

5) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

6. The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
