Trainee, Production & Compounding

Duties & Responsibilities

1. To undergo technical training under real life work environment in production department.
2. To develop diagnostic skills to identify problems and other possible solutions.
3. In depth analysis of production process control and assists production engineer/chemist in identifying and improving problematic areas.
4. Initiate and implement cost saving programs for all areas of production department.
5. To conduct improvement projects with the objectives of save cost, improve quality and improve efficiency.
6. Required to complete one project under their own department.
7. Required to at least participate or organize one Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
8. Required to do final presentation on their departmental project & CSR programme on the last week of internship.

Job Requirements

1. Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
2. The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
