Trainee, Production & Compounding

Role

1. To monitor the line parameters such as chemicals, temperature, level etc.
2. To assist supervisors in trouble shooting.
3. To carry out R & D work if necessary.
4. To co-ordinate with compounding on the type of latex and formulation use.
5. Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
6. The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
