Role

1. Incoming raw material and in-process control

testing

2. Incoming latex inspection, compounded latex

and dipping tank latex testing, SI,TSC etc

3. Production process control testing: calcium

nitrate, CPF, TDS, temperature

4. Chemical preparation testing: acid, alkaline,

CPF and calcium nitrate

5. Introduction to protein test, powder level

test, aging test, moisture content (biomass and glove)

6. Finished product testing: tensile strength

(ASTM and EN standards). Dimension

7. Former incoming inspection
8. Types of glove defects and abbreviation
9. Recording of data in tumbler tag
10. Classification of gloves in to different

grade

11. QA sampling methods
12. Online QA sampling
13. QA basket sampling: water tight test, air

pump test

14. Pre-Shipment sampling
15. Calibration
16. Shall take additional responsibility as

instructed by the immediate superior.

17. The scope of authority shall refer to the

selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
