Trainee, Quality Assurance

Role

1. Review and improvise current testing

method & quality control system for incoming, in process & finished product.

2. Develop additional quality testing

method and system for incoming, in process & finished product to prevent the production of defective glove.

3. Transform the conventional testing

method to real time & semi or fully automated testing to in order to improve process control consistency.

4. Conduct market research on QA & QC

control system & advance testing equipment by glove industry, rubber industry & other manufacturing industry.

5) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
