Trainee, Ra S&C (Sustainability & Corporate Integrity)

Role

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist in sustainability and corporate integrity initiatives and projects.
2. Support the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, and related documentation.
3. Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing sustainability and compliance data.
4. Support the implementation of corporate integrity programs, including ethics, anti-bribery, and integrity awareness activities.
5. Assist in maintaining records and documentation related to ISO management systems and corporate governance.
6. Support internal audits and compliance reviews and follow up on corrective actions.
7. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and support project implementation.
8. Assist in organizing training, meetings, and awareness programs.
9. Perform document control and maintain departmental records
10. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
