Join a global commodities organisation in a highly visible treasury role where you will work closely with the Head of Treasury and key stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Business Units, and banking partners.

Your new role

  • Manage the Group’s daily liquidity and cash positions, ensuring sufficient funding is available to support business and operational requirements.
  • Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, providing clear visibility of short and medium-term funding requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse working capital and cash movements across business units, identifying opportunities to improve cash utilisation.
  • Manage and optimise cash pooling, intercompany funding, and liquidity structures across the Group.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Tax, and Business Units to improve forecast accuracy and strengthen overall cash planning.
  • Work with banking partners on cash management solutions, banking structures, funding requirements, and treasury initiatives.
  • Perform liquidity analysis and provide meaningful insights to support funding and treasury decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in treasury processes, controls, reporting, and automation.
  • Support treasury transformation and digitalisation initiatives, including Treasury Management System (TMS) enhancements and implementation.
  • Leverage SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM) and other treasury technologies to improve operational efficiency, visibility, and reporting.
  • Support the Head of Treasury on strategic treasury projects and initiatives as the Group continues to strengthen its treasury capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional seeking a hands-on yet strategic role within a global organisation. You will gain broad exposure across liquidity management, cash forecasting, working capital, banking, treasury technology, and transformation while working directly with senior treasury leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 4–12 years of relevant treasury, cash management, liquidity planning, or banking experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong expertise in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation.
  • Good understanding of treasury operations, cash pooling structures, and intercompany funding arrangements.
  • Experience working within a Finance & Treasury Centre (FTC) or Regional Treasury Centre environment will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to treasury transformation initiatives and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) implementations is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM) will be an added advantage.
