Role Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of the Trinity Program across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and other regional markets.
Define program priorities and strategic direction aligned to the Trinity North Star, enterprise objectives, and regional roadmap.
Drive an integrated program roadmap, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical decision points in collaboration with the Regional COE Project Team.
Oversee executive reporting and governance, including preparation of Steering Committee and EXCO materials, translating updates into clear risks, insights, and decisions.
Provide enterprise-wide oversight of cross-country dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure delivery confidence and successful outcomes.
Partner with Country PMs, Technology, Business, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure strong regional operating discipline and implementation readiness.
Drive governance, financial oversight, and PMO excellence by managing budget controls, facilitating key forums, and advancing Agile/hybrid delivery and best practices.

Role Requirements

Proven experience in IT, transformation delivery, and PMO or strategic program roles.
Proven experience supporting regional or multi-country transformation programs, ideally within a financial services environment.
Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
Demonstrated capability in preparing executive-level reporting and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business and technology functions.
Independent and resourceful self-starter with strong attention to detail, adaptability, sound judgement, and a continuous improvement mindset.
