About The Job

Responsible for leading and supporting Corporate Treasury Transformation initiatives, including system deployments, enhancements, and operational activities. Ensure the effective day-to-day functional maintenance of Treasury systems and processes, while contributing to ongoing transformation projects and initiatives. Drive continuous improvement through automation, digitalization, and change management. Act as a liaison between Treasury and internal/external teams to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Communication and presentation skills – Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form with both internal and external parties while building rapport and collaborative spirit.
  • Eye for improvements – Ever ready to brainstorm for fresh ideas/improvements and willing to adapt to change management.
  • Rigourous – Able to demonstrate rigorous approach to identified issues, eye for details and impact analysis
  • Proactive – Able to ramp up to reach a proactive and autonomous approach on projects, tasks and team work

Main Accountabilities

  • Lead and contribute to specific Treasury Transformation missions (including system deployments, implementations and enhancements). Responsible for data collection, functional analysis and specification, testing phases, implementation up to hyper care stage.
  • Involve in the day to day functional maintenance (daily runs) of Treasury systems and processes.
  • Prepare SOP documents, user guides and conduct training sessions.
  • Engage actively in Change Management topics, diffuse best practices and find opportunities for improvements.
  • Support on other Corporate Treasury Business Transformation initiatives, automation and digitalization effort; Perform other tasks as periodically assigned by manager.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing, collaborate and support team members
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in either Treasury, Consulting or Information Technology. Preferably with Energy related industry experience having an international set up.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Treasury related systems and knowledge in financial instruments and markets.
  • Proactive self-starter and collaborative team player.
  • Analytical mindset and has an eye for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication in an international set up (any additional language would be a plus).
  • May involve potential travel opportunities.
