Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage vendor governance frameworks, including stakeholder accountabilities, governance meetings, escalation paths, reporting requirements, and performance management processes.
- Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead vendor performance reviews and prepare periodic scorecards, dashboards, and management reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Facilitate governance meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagements to address performance, risk, innovation, and value realization.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve vendor performance issues, recurring service failures, disputes, and contractual non-compliance through corrective action plans.
- Manage commercial outcomes by monitoring contracted savings, rebates, pricing compliance, service credits, invoice accuracy, and value realization opportunities.
- Coordinate third-party risk management activities, including cyber security, privacy, business continuity, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, ESG, and financial viability assessments.
- Develop and maintain renewal and contract lifecycle plans, ensuring timely assessment of business requirements, performance, risks, funding, and market alternatives.
- Support vendor transitions, renewals, terminations, and exit activities, including knowledge transfer, asset return, access revocation, data management, and contractual closure.
- Drive continuous improvement across the vendor portfolio by recommending enhancements to governance, sourcing strategies, contract management practices, and stakeholder adoption.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experienced in vendor management, contract management, procurement, supplier relationship management, or third-party governance.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, vendor governance, SLA/KPI management, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Proven commercial and analytical capabilities, including cost management, financial analysis, value realization, and contract compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in third-party risk management, regulatory compliance, and vendor lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CPSM, WorldCC/IACCM, ITIL, PMP, or relevant risk and contract management certifications would be an added advantage.
