Who we are looking for

• At least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Engineering or Science.
• At least 10 years working experience in relevance semiconductor industry and R&D process development with strong exposure to Vision systems, automation platforms, and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Demonstrated capability in resource management, project/program execution, supporting technical competency development and improving organizational efficiency within complex engineering environments.
• Excellent analytical, data-driven decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams.
• Additional advantages include hands-on experience with digital engineering dashboards, AI/analytics for productivity enhancement, and Industry 4.0 applications.
