Warehouse Coordinator - Klang (6 working days)

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying any discrepancies
• Supervising and training warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance
• Implementing and maintaining warehouse policies and procedures
• Generating reports and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensuring the warehouse environment is safe, clean, and well-organised

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse coordinator or supervisory role
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office suite
• Proficient in computer operations and data analysis
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholder
• Knowledge of warehousing best practices, inventory management, and logistics
• Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuously improving operations
