Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery.
• Operate and update inventory transactions in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Ensure accurate stock movement and inventory records.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with stock take.
• Monitor warehouse activities and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments.
• Supervise warehouse operators and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards.
• Prepare daily warehouse and inventory reports.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Have 2-3 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience using WMS would be added advantage.
• Computer Literate and expert in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
