Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish warehouse layout, storage-location, FIFO, batch, ESD, MSD, hazardous/battery material, and high-value material management rules.
2. Manage receiving, IQC-pending inspection, warehousing, kitting, material issuance, returns, finished-goods storage, cycle counts, and scrapping processes.
3. Ensure timely and accurate ERP/WMS/barcode transactions to prevent inventory discrepancies, negative inventory, and incorrect material issuance.
4. Drive warehouse efficiency improvements, including location optimization, picking routes, line-side delivery, 5S, safety, and manpower scheduling.
5. Manage warehouse team performance, training, forklift/equipment safety, and inventory-counting mechanisms.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of warehousing/logistics experience, including at least 3 years of warehouse team management experience.
3. Experience in electronics manufacturing warehouses, bonded/non-bonded operations, ESD/MSD handling, high-value materials, and finished-goods shipping.
4. Strong on-site management, discipline, inventory-control awareness, safety awareness, and process-improvement capability.
5. Familiar with SAP/ERP/MRP and Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Power BI knowledge is preferred.
