Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, security requirements, and statutory regulations, including Dangerous Goods (DG) handling where applicable.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the warehouse operations team to achieve operational excellence and high productivity.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, productivity, turnaround time, and service performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with the Transportation, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operational coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warehouse facilities, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.
• Plan and manage manpower requirements, work schedules, and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
• Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support customer audits when required.
• Prepare accurate inventory reports, operational reports, and performance analysis for management review.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or 3PL industry.
• Proven experience in leading warehouse operations and managing large operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
• Good understanding of Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) requirements and Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational priorities.
