Warehouse Operations Project (WH Ops) – Bukit Raja, Klang

Job Description

• Warehouse project execution & problem solving – Identify warehouse operational pain points (picking, packing, sorting, inventory flow, space utilization, bottlenecks), analyze root causes, and translate them into structured, executable improvement plans.
• Warehouse process optimization & migration execution – Support warehouse improvement initiatives including process redesign, operational optimization, and warehouse migration activities to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.
• Cross-functional coordination & stakeholder communication – Work with multiple stakeholders to align requirements, communicate project plans clearly, and ensure execution alignment from planning to implementation.
• Planning, tracking & delivery ownership – Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure initiatives are delivered within scope, timeline, and expected operational outcomes.
• Operational automation, AI adoption & digital improvement – Drive automation and AI-enabled initiatives (workflow automation, smart tools, system enhancements) to improve warehouse productivity, operational accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to clearly articulate ideas and work with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Process-driven, structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Preferred background: exposure in project management, operations, business process improvement, analytics, automation, or related fields
