Warehouse Supervisor - Shopee International Platform, SPX Express (Bukit Raja Selatan)

Job Description

• Oversee daily hub operations and manage the E2E physical operation - mainly receiving, sorting, and outbound activities
• Own and drive key operational KPIs - including productivity, lost & damage rates, processing speed through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including the SOC team, manpower providers, and internal operations teams
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Act as the PIC to monitor team performance, attendance, and operational discipline
• Ensure the hub complies with 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Ensure operations consistently meet targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through effective planning, problem-solving, and employee coaching/training if require

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations or a related industry
• Preferably proficient in Excel or Google sheets for tracking and analyzing operational data
• Able to work on shift & overtime when required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
