The Right Profile
Syfe's Investment & Advisory team combines a wealth of experience in advising clients across the wealth spectrum and building tailored investment strategies geared to achieve their financial goals. The Wealth Management Intern will assist the Syfe Advisors in building solutions to better service existing clients, making investment presentations, generating new leads and providing value added information about them.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and enrich lead data to support advisory outreach
- Maintain and update lead and client data in CRM tools to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Curate lists of existing clients to identify rapport-building and engagement opportunities
- Support Syfe Advisors with client portfolio allocation queries and prepare investment materials tailored to client requirements
- Partner with the Marketing team on client outreach and help scale advisory efforts through AI-driven automation
- Support KYC/AML compliance processes, including risk assessments and case management for Accredited Investor applications
- Produce recurring investment content, including monthly portfolio factsheets and market commentary
- Design marketing assets in Figma for product campaigns and client-facing materials
- Assist with client event planning and logistics
- Support the Head of Investment Advisory on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- Client-driven with a strong focus on delivering quality service and positive outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of or open to learning design tools such as Figma for client presentation and materials
Additional Notes
Commitment period: full-time, 5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months Preferred start date: by mid/late Dec 2026
