The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Trader to take ownership of our weekend trading operations across fast-moving global markets. During weekend shifts, you will have direct responsibility for trading P&L, market risk and capital across our 24/7 CFD offering, covering multiple asset classes and digital assets.

You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, making real-time trading and risk decisions when markets move, while also working closely with our trading and technology teams to continuously improve our strategies, algorithms and 24/7 product offering.

The working schedule consists of two extended 12-hour weekend shifts and one regular 8-hour weekday shift.

What You’ll Own

• Take full ownership of trading P&L, market risk and capital during weekend trading sessions.
• Make independent, real-time trading and risk decisions during volatile or unexpected market conditions.
• Monitor exposures, liquidity and market movements across multiple asset classes and 24/7 markets.
• Design, test and optimise weekend trading and risk-management strategies.
• Identify trading opportunities and continuously improve pricing, execution and risk frameworks.
• Partner with quantitative, technology and trading teams to enhance our algorithmic trading capabilities.
• Contribute directly to the development and expansion of our 24/7 trading product offering.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a risk-taking trading role on either the buy side or sell side.
• Strong understanding of market risk, position management and trading P&L.
• Hands-on experience with systematic and/or algorithmic trading.
• Comfortable making independent decisions and taking ownership in fast-moving markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly during periods of market volatility.
• Experience trading across multiple asset classes is highly valued.
• Experience with CFD products is an advantage, but not essential.
