Detailed description:

• Weigh truck weight for vehicles entry flour/feed/Premier Grain at weighbridge.
• Register new truck information in the system when required.
• Build order if any amend and print pick slip.
• Double check with loading info given by logistics officer.
• Confirm quantity load and print weighbridge ticket for incoming vehicles.
• Weigh truck weight for vehicles entry flour out at weighbridge.
• Verify variance and request truck confirmation from warehouse as needed.
• Key seal number as given by QA into Weighbridge system and JDE system for bulk orders.
• Create information in JDE for print Deliver order.
• Check delivery attach with COA and approval with stamp at DN.
• Request driver approved received with sign at deliver order.

Qualifications & requirement:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic level of computer literacy.
• Proven experience in weighbridge operation would be advantageous.
• Advanced customer service and communication skills.
