WSH Executive

We are looking for a dedicated WSH Executive to support and oversee Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices across our workplaces. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment for all employees, in line with regulatory standards and the company’s strong commitment to operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are planned and executed safely from commencement to completion
• Tabulate and report monthly WSH statistics from all business units to the Corporate WSH Secretary
• Analyse statistics, identify performance trends and inform and address gaps within the WSH Management System
• Review and ensure corporate WSH framework, bizSafe, and IMS processes are up to date and relevant to the business
• Based on WSH performance, develop an annual WSH work plan for the organisation
• Identify and implement control measures to close any gaps identified within the WSH Management System
• Attend on-site safety audits
• Assist in organising and conducting the organisation-wide Annual WSH Workshop and campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Environment, Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) would be advantageous
• Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the construction, manufacturing or related industry
• Possess strong knowledge of the WSH Act and regulations
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude under tight schedules
• Meticulous and able to follow through on documentation, reporting, and action closure
