About the role

Manage daily warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations. Oversee and manage drivers, warehouse staff, and daily manpower deployment. Develop and monitor operational KPIs and performance targets for warehouse and transportation activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for warehouse, delivery, and logistics operations
  • Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of goods
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and placement of goods, including temperature control and product quality requirements where applicable
  • Manage delivery operations, including route planning, delivery schedules, vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and driver performance
  • Monitor and improve warehouse and delivery processes to increase efficiency, productivity, service quality, and cost effectiveness
  • Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve current processes
  • Develop contingency and business continuity plans for disruptions such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, equipment issues, and manpower shortages
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Monitor warehouse inventory movement, vehicle utilization, and manpower efficiency
  • Work closely with internal departments, customers, and logistics partners to resolve operational issues

About you

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably with supervisory or management experience
  • Experience managing drivers, warehouse personnel, and daily operational activities
  • Good knowledge of warehouse and delivery processes, including inventory handling, route planning, fleet management, and delivery operations
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions
  • Good understanding of SOP, KPI, safety, and quality management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle operational issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be hands-on and involved in day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
