Job Description

Strategy and Planning

• Execution of strategies and business plans to create new revenue stream by building new digital product for consumer products.
• Implements departments digital & partnership initiatives to enhance the performance of CIMB Group partners relationship management, product team, technology teams to maximise local opportunities.
• Keeps abreast of the lending market landscape in order to be able to take actions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate threats
• Support Digital Product Head to achieve overall business objectives on Digitalization of Unsecured Consumer Products

Business Performance and Management

• Drives P&L growth, customer portfolio growth for Consumer Banking by introducing new financing products
• Collaboration with partners drive unsecured products cross selling
• Implementation of financing products and marketing communications and campaigns to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved
• Champions collaboration with other departments to drive returns for the CIMB Group
• Oversees product end-to-end product cycle (product, compliance, risk, collection, fraud, legal, finance, operation, system etc...) and collaborate with other stakeholders to mitigate potential gaps, and resolve matters arised
• Role model and drive acitivities to encourage and build desired organisational culture, values and reputation in the Group markets and with all staff, customers and regulatory/official bodies
• Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
