Job Description

As the Associate Product Manager in the business transformation team, I am expected to support validation of strategies and workflows, and assist in producing the Business Transformation Pack to enable design and technical teams

Job Description:

• Assist in validating strategies and workflows by gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external sources (customer insights, market research).
• Support the production of the Business Transformation Pack, including:

oEnd-to-end workflow journey

oProduct roadmap

oSuccess metrics

• Conduct research and benchmarking on industry best practices, customer trends, and competitor strategies.
• Prepare visual dashboards and reports to communicate blueprint progress and alignment to stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops and design sessions with:

oBusiness stakeholders for input and alignment

oExperience Design and Solution Architecture teams to ensure they understand expectations and strategic direction for prototypes and technical designs.

• Support governance processes by maintaining accurate documentation for approvals and compliance.
