Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of system operations. Manage system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
• Provide user support by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency with systems.
• Gather user feedback and collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements based on user needs.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams where necessary according to established processes.
• Complete daily operational requests and process required actions.
• Work closely with product managers in delivering enhancements/ new features
• Ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional teams consisting of dev/ qa and manage stakeholders' expectation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Experience working in the financial services or management industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (for communication with Taiwan and China partners).
• Strong analytical skills with a technical orientation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
