Assortment Operations-Lazada Singapore

Job Description

• Analyze category performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities, assortment gaps, and emerging consumer demands — translating insights into actionable plans with the commercial team
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics including GMV growth, traffic & conversion rates and campaign/ BAU performance
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute assortment and category strategies that drive revenue growth, sales conversion, and overall portfolio expansion
• Serve as the venture PIC for assortment programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with seller engagement, account management, marketing, and regional teams to align on priorities and deliverables
• Support campaign planning and execution (including mega campaigns and key double-digit events), with flexibility to work during peak periods
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and mini-projects, driving them from scoping through to execution and follow-up

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations, analytics, or a related function — e-commerce experience is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with large datasets
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams and levels
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality execution
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to changing business needs and unstructured environments
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; conversational Mandarin is a plus
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or public holidays aligned with campaign calendars
