Cold Room Facilities Manager - WEST (Up to $10,000 per month)

Your new role

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and compliance of the company's cold room facilities, production equipment, and building infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for cold room systems, refrigeration equipment, and production machinery
• Ensuring optimal performance and uptime of manufacturing equipment and facility assets
• Coordinating with external contractors, service vendors, and regulatory authorities
• Monitoring facility utilities, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency
• Managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and service contracts
• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety, food manufacturing, and regulatory requirements
• Leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians and engineering personnel

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing facilities and maintenance operations within the food manufacturing, cold chain, logistics, or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, cold room operations, and preventive maintenance practices
• Experience overseeing manufacturing machinery and production equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety and regulatory requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical and maintenance teams
