EXECUTIVE - DESIGN & FIT-OUT SERVICES

• Tenant Engagement & Design Guidance

Act as the key liaison for tenants, reviewing store concepts and design submissions. Provide practical guidance on store planning and design to ensure alignment with mall standards.

• Fit-Out Coordination

Coordinate tenant fit-out works and support tenants throughout the process to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance requirements are met.

• Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams such as Leasing and Maintenance to address tenant matters and ensure landlord provisions are delivered smoothly.

• Site Supervision & Compliance

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with approved plans, and maintain the mall’s design and safety standards.

• Project Completion & Handover

Assist in final inspections with tenants and management to ensure outlets are ready for opening and meet all operational requirements.

• Creative Design Execution

Manage assigned design initiatives and contribute creative ideas that enhance the overall shopping experience and retail environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree,

Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant

work experience.

• Exposure to current design

trends preferably in retail or commercial designs.

• Possess creative aptitude and

proficient in design software and tools.

• Competent in written and spoken

English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Ability to manage several

design & fit-out projects simultaneously.

• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates

ability to work in a team.

• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Good eye for design, space planning, and retail presentation
• Ability to work closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
