Integration System Analyst – MRO AMS

About the role

You will work on-site with a major telecommunications operator, owning the integration design and delivery from requirement through to go-live.

Gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into interface specifications
Design and document interfaces between BSS systems (CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, Billing, Mediation) and external systems
Coordinate with third-party vendors on interface alignment, environment readiness and test data
Support SIT and UAT: test case review, defect analysis and closure
Support data migration, cutover and post go-live stabilisation
Prepare project documentation and handover materials

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
5–8 years of experience in telco BSS project delivery
At least 2 projects completed from requirement to go-live
Strong knowledge of BSS business flows: order to activation, usage to cash, prepaid and postpaid charging, product and offer configuration
Hands-on experience with REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, Kafka or MQ, and file-based batch interfaces
Working knowledge of Linux, shell scripting and SQL
Good documentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Willing to work on-site and support cutover activities outside office hours
Experience with Huawei BES (CBS, CRM, Product Catalog, Mediation) will be an added advantage
