Position Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and updating learning materials, including presentation slides, facilitate or guides, learner workbooks, assessments, and digital learning content.
- Support the design and development of e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.
- Conduct research and gather information to support content development and learning initiatives.
- Assist in reviewing, proofreading, and formatting learning materials to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to learning projects, including document management, content tracking, and version control.
- Support training preparation, including learning materials, participant resources, and evaluation forms.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to gather information required for content development.
- Assist in maintaining the Learning Content repository to ensure materials remain organised and up to date.
- Assist with multimedia content creation, including simple graphics, videos, animations, or inter active learning materials.
- Support user testing and quality assurance for e-learning modules before deployment.
- Conduct benchmarking and research on learning trends, instructional design practices, and innovative learning solutions.
- Assist in collecting learner feedback and compiling reports to support continuous improvement of learning programmes
- Support cross-functional learning projects and Academy initiatives as assigned.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve learner engagement and learning experiences.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and special projects assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualification and Experiences
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Education
- Linguistic/Language
- Human Resource Development
- Psychology
- Instructional Design
- Multimedia
- Graphic Design
- Communication
- Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Internship period of 6-9 months is preferred.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Job Experience No prior working experience is required. However, candidates with experience in any of the following will have an added advantage:
- Content creation
- Graphic design
- Video editing
- Presentation design
- Student leadership or organising events
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Canva, PowerPoint, or other content authoring tools
