Intern, Regional Academy Learning Content Designer (LCD)

Position Responsibilities
- Assist in creating training materials such as infographics, presentation slides, visual guides, and
other learning content
- Support the design and editing of graphics and simple multimedia content for Academy training purposes
- Assist in updating and formatting existing training materials and documents
- Support the team in preparing materials for training sessions, product launches, and L&D initiatives
- Help organize and maintain Academy learning materials and digital files
- Assist with basic content research and idea generation for learning materials
- Work closely with the Academy team and provide support for day-to-day L&D activities and projects
- Perform other related tasks and gain exposure to Learning & Development and content development processes
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to Academy and training activities
- Support the preparation and organization of training sessions, meetings, and internal activities
- Assist in collecting and organizing training data, feedback, and documentation
- Support basic content checking, formatting, and proofreading of learning materials
- Assist with photo/video documentation during training or Academy activities when required
- Participate in brainstorming and content ideation for learning and engagement initiatives
- Provide general support for ad-hoc Academy and L&D projects as assigned
Qualification and Experience
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design,
Creative Media, Visual Communication, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Internship placement required as part of the candidate’s academic programme is preferred
- Able to commit to the required internship duration
- No prior working experience required
- Experience from academic projects, freelance work, personal projects, or extracurricular activities related to graphic design,
multimedia, or content creation is an advantage
- Candidates with a portfolio of design or creative work are preferred
- Basic proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere
Pro, or similar design tools)
- Good understanding of basic graphic design principles, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and colour usage
- Basic skills in creating infographics, presentation slides, and digital visual content
- Basic video editing or multimedia creation skills would be an advantage
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
