About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Health, Safety & Environment team as an Intern on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone early in their career to gain practical experience in health and safety management within the construction industry. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this internship will provide you with invaluable exposure to real-world health, safety, and environmental practices on active construction sites and within our corporate offices. You will work under the mentorship of experienced HSE professionals and contribute meaningfully to our mission of maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the HSE team in implementing HSE requirement in project
- Support daily site safety inspections and compliance monitoring
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports and records
- Support environmental management and emergency preparedness activities
- Perform other HSE related duties assigned by the SHO and manager
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in OSH or Environmental Management
- Have a basic knowledge of OSH principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Have a transportation and willing to be base at our site office, near Bukit Tinggi area
- Preference will be given to applicants who are available for at least 6 months of internship
