IT Assistant

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair computer hardware.
• Install and configure software and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform network hardware setup and cabling installation.
• Provide basic IT support to users.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office, and antivirus applications.
• Knowledge of network hardware and structured cabling.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• At least diploma in Computer science, Information tecnhnology or related field.
