Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops with industry-relevant course materials Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching effectiveness and develop assessments Conduct research, publish academic work, and stay updated with industry trends to ensure curriculum relevance Engage in training programs and institutional initiatives for continuous improvement Mentor and support students in their academic and personal development

Key qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant STEM discipline Industry experience with teaching exposure is preferred Ability to inspire and motivate students with engaging teaching methods Passion for delivering high-quality education in a positive learning environment Flexible, resilient, and innovative in teaching approaches Published work is an advantage Willing to travel when required
