Job Responsibilities

• OE will work closely with the OMs to lead and organise site operations
• OE will learn about manpower deployment and scheduling to help develop cleaning service operations work plans in line with contract standards and requirements
• OE will attend meetings, respond to customer feedback forexpeditious closure of feedback
• OE will learn about Workplace Safety and Health Practices so as to ensure safety measures are in place on site
• OE may be assigned to oversee multiple sites and will be expected to communicate effectively with key stakeholders as part of his role in performing the duties of an OE
