Your new role

You will oversee day-to-day operations across futures, options and clearing activities, ensuring accurate trade processing, reconciliations, settlements and exception management. Acting as a key point of contact between Front Office, brokers, exchanges and internal teams, you will support operational stability, resolve trade and settlement issues, contribute to new product onboarding, and drive process enhancement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–10 years of experience within Futures & Options, Clearing or Markets Operations.
• Good understanding of exchange-traded derivatives and the trade lifecycle.
• Hands-on exposure to clearing, settlements, reconciliations, margin processes and position management.
• Familiarity with exchange and clearing house operations.
• Experience investigating operational breaks and managing risk and control processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to operational change, system enhancements or process improvement initiatives.
• Mandarin language capability would be advantageous.
