Operations Support Assistant (QEHS) at Tampines

Responsibility:

Responsibility:

• Responsible for conducting field (on-site) audit on outdoor and indoor cleansing activities, including safety compliance, to ensure that quality service is consistently maintained;
• Responsible for Investigate Defect Notices, client complaints, and non-compliances. Partner with Operations Executives to implement immediate corrective actions and root-cause solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc inspection to ensure compliances to regulatory requirements which includes worker dormitory inspections
• Conduct COJT and equipment training on site to ensure worker competencies are met
• Conduct monthly safety briefings for all sites to share information on EHS related matters
• Perform specialized cleaning jobs such as pandemic disinfection and chemical spillage clean-up

Requirements:

• Minimum Advance Certificate / Higher Nitec or equivalent education
• Must possess driving license class 2B and motorcycle
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Able to prepare simple reports)
• Applicants must be comfortable working in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions; willing to perform periodic night audits
• Require to be on standby for ad-hoc activation for special cleaning job
• Strong problem-solving ability, self-motivated, proactive attitude, and capable of working independently in the field.
