About the Team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
What will I do? As a Partner Program Manager, you will lead the strategic and day-to-day execution of outsourced partner and vendor operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous innovation. You will translate broader business objectives into measurable performance frameworks, manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and establish robust governance models to mitigate risks and ensure contractual compliance. Additionally, you will build, coach, and develop a high-performing team to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and value-driven outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Service Delivery
- Manage complex partner/vendor and internal stakeholder relationships. Championing partner/vendor innovation, automation opportunities, and process optimization initiatives
- Identify systemic service risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Translate strategic objectives into partner/vendor performance expectations
- Establish performance frameworks that measure value and drive partner/vendor metrics
- Develop metrics, milestones, structured programs and procedures to ensure successful day-to-day execution.
Governance
- Oversee risk management, audit readiness, and contractual obligations. Establishing governance and processes related to the continuous health of assigned sites and lines of businesses.
- Devise operating model with strong governance, risk management with Partner/vendor engagement.
- Drive monthly value reviews tied to business outcomes, not just contract adherence
People Management
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Partner Operation Manager to drive operational excellence on a day to day basis. Building the team capability in service design, process improvement, commercial knowledge and establish strong performance standards
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing outsourced partner/vendor operations, including direct people management.
- Proven track record in BPO operations, including KPI ownership and target-driven performance management.
- Experience leading operations, program management, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with the full sourcing and contracting process.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.
- Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, or ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build alignment, and foster collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in data analysis to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Capable of conducting problem analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Well-developed analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends.
- Experience in setting goals and executing implementation plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
