Program Engineer

Job Description :

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by coordinating sample builds, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics) to execute project plans, engineering changes, and customer requirements.
• Manage mass production (MP) programs by reviewing customer forecasts and purchase orders, coordinating material planning with Purchasing, and working with Planning to ensure on-time production and shipment.
• Monitor forecast changes and collaborate with internal teams to adjust production schedules or propose revised delivery plans to customers when required.
• Serve as the primary communication interface between customers and internal departments, providing timely updates on project status, material availability, production schedules, quality issues, and engineering changes.
• Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team on tooling costs, engineering change costs, expediting charges, and other commercial matters, and communicate quotations to customers.
• Track project risks, identify potential issues, and drive corrective actions to ensure customer commitments and business objectives are achieved.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Candidate must possess a minimum two (2) year experience in pogram (project).
• Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, English & others.
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent, hardworking and pleasant personality.
• Strong PC computer skills such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Working location base in Sungai Petani (Subsidiaries of JHM Consolidation Berhad).
