This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting the execution of communication strategies aligned with organisational goals and priorities.
• Support ongoing communication plans and initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and relevant stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of press materials, including drafting press releases and media content.
• Assist in coordinating media engagements such as press conferences and events.
• Support writing, editing, and proofreading of communication content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Contribute ideas for content that strengthens audience engagement and brand positioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or project experience in communications, media, or content creation is an advantage.
