1. Possess a Degree / Master in Chemistry / Biotechnology / Applied Biology / Applied Chemistry / Food Technology or related discipline
2. Good laboratory practice experience with technical skill in analytical testing

3. At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing industry
4. Knowledge in ISO management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOP)
2. Prepare, review QA/QC documents, and ensure the validity of all QA/QC documents
3. Practice and ensure compliance with the Quality System
4. Practice and ensure the QC team practices good laboratory practice and GMP in the QC lab
5. Approve/reject within a specification product release
6. Conduct special assignments from HOD
